SALES:

All sales are final.  Exchanges for similar sizes are only considered.  Refunds will only be processed for quality control concerns as agreed by the buyer and the company.  The company reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.    

Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Please also note items sent from the USA exclusively may incur charges over a certain amount.  For importing in the U.K. you can check here.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.  Exchanges for a similar size will only be considered if the original purchased item is unworn with all tags attached and in its original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges at any time.  Exchange postal costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Clobber Club is a pending Worldwide registered trademark. Use of the name and logo, photo’s, graphics, and images without the prior written consent from Custom Clobber Club is strictly prohibited.

 ORDERS:

All items on the Web-shop are in stock until they are not.  Our inventory system will maintain availability. 

We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic (USA) & International (Worldwide) orders.

Due to the high demand of items, there is limited stock on each item, so if a customer order error occurs, all sales are considered final. 

In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.

Payment of duty & tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

 FLASH SALE

Represents the sale of goods lasting for only a short period of time.You will have a limited amount of time to purchase the goods that are for sale. They are first come first serve basis and once sold out will not be replenished. For any reason if you are in the process of checking out, another customer can complete the checkout/purchase of the last remaining item.
